#30DaysWild No. 21 and it’s the longest day. So at Wheatland Farm we’re celebrating the roses of the summer – the wild ones. Happy Solstice!
There are pink dog roses growing in the field below Balebarn Eco Lodge, and white field roses growing on the island in the wildlife pond, and also up the back of Nuthatch Lodge. At least that’s what our beginners botany suggests. They look lovely in the evening light – and it’s going to be a gloriously long one!
