Tawny Owl chicks emerge from the box

Here are a few clips of the tawny owls from the wildlife camera, stitched together.Ignore the date stamp, we just hadn’t got the camera set up properly. These tawny owls are nesting in the owl box opposite the Beech, Honeysuckle and Nuthatch Lodges. Last week’s guests at Honeysuckle Lodge were seeing the adult perching on the badminton net during the day. Well, it must be getting a bit crowded in the box. We still don’t know who ate the blackbirds, but maybe it was these neighbours? Then again, it could well have been the squirrel.
