Still very cold - almost cold enough to walk on the pond... I wonder how the kingfisher will fare - probably it will leave for flowing water. All the robins are puffed up against the cold. And finally the ground is hard enough to drive the little tractor over to pick up logs where we've started restoring a hedgerow. The sheep in the neighbouring field - well they don't seem to mind the harsh conditions.
